		<description>As a mental health professional, I wholeheartedly agree with the points made by Mr. Starkman.  As a human being, I wholeheartedly agree with the points made by Mr. Starkman.  While there has been a growing acceptance of mental illness and a growing awareness that it can be treated, all too often people come to treatment too late, if at all.  The fear associated with mental illness and the wish to distance oneself from it is defensive; if we dehumanize Britney and mock her situation, it won&#039;t happen to us.  Guess again....</description>
