  • We will continually assess the efficacy of your communications program and provide honest feedback on overall strategy, tactical execution, and opportunities or methodologies for improved results or performance
  • We will not be afraid to tell you if we think a communications issue is not being managed properly internally
  • We will set a periodic schedule for formal S&A performance reviews, which is in addition to regular ongoing communications
  • We will always return your phone call within two hours
  • We will be mindful of your corporate culture and respectful of your values when interacting with external audiences on your behalf
  • We will only bill for legitimate expenses incurred on your behalf, without tacking on the industry’s traditional 17.5% markup on costs.
